Every creation starts with a vision... whether you have a specific idea of what you're looking for, or need guidance to create the perfect product, we will work hand-in-hand to make sure that you get the product that you are expecting to your specifications. After communicating the specifics of your project, we put your vision through a rigorous and highly detailed design process. By using state-of-the-art CADD programs, we bring your idea into a working drawing form. From scaled, and dimensioned, flat lined blueprints; to 3-D solid wire frames, you will get a very detailed view or your product before fabrication. This way we can catch any potential problems and fix them before we start cutting. We can also provide you with 3-D renderings so you have an even more 'realistic' view of what the finished product will look like. Once we have your approval on a design, we can start on the fabrication process, transforming your vision into a creation.
This is the process that brings a pile of raw stainless steel to a beautiful and lustrous finished product. Our professional welding staff ensures 100% penetration in order to guarantee all products are rugged and durable. After welding is completed and inspected, all welds are meticulously cleaned and blended, so there is little or no hint of any joints or imperfections. There are many methods of finishing metals. We concentrate on the polishing method, and rest assured that nothing can even come close to the look of polished stainless steel. The mirror finish will never crack, chip, or peel. Also, you can hand polish any discoloration from heat and/or weather. The other best feature of polished stainless steel is that it will never rust, so you can enjoy years of shine with little maintenance. We offer a polishing service on existing parts as well. Sometimes we can revitalize your chrome to its original luster. If you prefer chrome, we have the resources to get any parts chromed at competitive prices. We also offer a full line of Custom English Polish, so you can keep your finished creation vibrant for years and years.
